This product is sold as a single user license and no ownership is transferred, only the right to use the product. You may install, access and run a single copy of the product on a single personal computer for each single license purchased. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell or transfer the product or charge admission fees to use this product in whole or as part of another product or service.

This product is for entertainment purposes only and is not intended to be used for anything related to real aviation.

This product is supplied “as is” and therefore does not come with any guarantee of compatibility, updates or support.
